James Martin is a committed business mentor and coach for business owners and new startups. He specializes in team facilitation and personally coaches/trains peak performance athletes, politicians, business professionals and senior management teams. James has over fifteen years corporate experience across a range of different industries including Nutrition & Health, Software Development, Recruitment, Training and Development.

Founded in 2007 TeamLife provides a full spectrum of training programmes for businesses from early startup to team/staff development as well as specialist workshops on Business Strategy and Personal and Professional Development. James has personally mentored over one hundred business owners recently towards building better, more profitable businesses. Business ethics, core values (especially respect and trust) and professional development are central to all coaching from James in the shaping and guiding of business prosperity. James is also extremely active in social entrepreneurship managing customized “Start Your Own Business” programmes for minority groups and inmates prior to their release from prison.

Over the past three years James is a regular invited trainer at the elite Mastery University and Leadership Academy world-wide run by Robbins Research International (RRI) – a world-renowned authority on Personal and Professional Development, Business Mastery and Leadership. In 2010 James formed a strategic partnership with Speaker Bureau Ireland CEO Mary Menton and former UK Dragon Doug Richard to roll out the ‘School For StartUps’ immersion event for new budding and established entrepreneurs across Ireland. James has also worked with many local County Enterprise Boards in the capacity of business mentor and trainer as well as been a key speaker at one of their Enterprise and Innovation Conferences. James is currently a licensed NLP practitioner and holds a diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching accredited through the European Coaching Institute. James is a highly active member of local Business Networks.

Sean Connolly, Director

Sean is an NLP master practitioner and Neuro-Strategist who trains business leaders, teams and young entrepreneurs. He is a business results specialist and is one of the leading business coaches in Ireland today.

Sean has nine years experience in the Retail, Banking and Education Sectors. He has a First Class Honors Degree in Management from Queen’s University, scoring as the highest male in his year.

He became the youngest manager in Marks and Spencer Northern Ireland Region at aged 20. Sean has travelled throughout Australia delivering sales for companies such as Vodafone, Trans-America and Careflight.. He has worked as a Facilities Manager and then went on to become the youngest manager in Northern Ireland for Nationwide Building Society at aged 22. In this role he managed and led a branch team, became a mortgage and insurance seller and took full responsibility for Compliance in the region. Despite his hectic schedule, Sean’s passion for learning and helping others has seen him complete an Advanced Diploma in Counseling in 2007.

Sean is involved in the Samaritans delivering emotional and facilitating specific training as well as keynote addresses. He is also a member of Business in the Community, a not for profit organization, focusing on businesses getting involved in the local community. In this capacity he mentors clients to empower them to become more business savvy. He is now involved in mentoring youths in the Youth Justice Agency for Northern Ireland.

Sean is on his journey towards completion of Mastery University – a world renowned authority on personal and professional development, servant leadership and Neuro-Associative Conditioning. Sean has regularly worked as a crew member on the flagship event “UPW.”  Sean is currently being mentored by Nick Williams, a top selling author in the field of Personal Growth and Spiritual Development.

Sean is based in his home town of Omagh and co-ordinates TeamLife activities in Northern Ireland and along the border counties.
